All sales transactions beginning with our point and click purchase are subject to these Standards, Terms and Conditions. Customers using this service must accept, agree and shall be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice at TherapyShopper.com’s discretion. TherapyShopper.com reserves the right to make appropriate, special and unannounced exception and or changes to web site content, prices terms and policies. TherapyShopper.com is not responsible for the unauthorized or unlawful use of any products, information or services represented on this site.

TherapyShopper.com replies are made as promptly as possible. If customers require special service, i.e., phone access, and-or one-on-one, personalized service, such phone orders shall be accepted at TherapyShopper.com's discretion at customer's expense.

Credit Cards and Checks only accepted. All orders paid for by check will be held until payment has made proper bank clearance. Current credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard and Discover. COD and other payment methods are not accepted.

TherapyShopper.com is not responsible for the improper use of credit card accounts or the unauthorized and-or illegal use of credit cards, whether lost, or stolen by third parties. Entering false credit card information is considered Credit Card Fraud and will be prosecuted. Customer IP, Internet Provider, address is recorded at time of purchase for the sake of credit card security, and to assist in the apprehension and prosecution of offenders.

Pricing:
Prices: All prices posted on the TherapyShopper.com web site are listed in American Dollars and apply to online transactions exclusively. All orders will be processed in American dollars. Minimum order amount per transaction is $25.00. No additional factory discounts or rebates may be applied to the posted offerings. The Retail Price represents the usual or recommended sale price of the respective manufacturer-vendor. This price may vary by region.

Forms of Online Payment:
TherapyShopper.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and TherapyShopper.com Digital Coupons.

TherapyShopper.com Digital Coupons:
TherapyShopper.com digital coupons are not redeemable for cash and they must be redeemed between the digital coupon's start and end dates. They can only be used one time and they cannot be redeemed for gift card purchases. Each digital coupon has its own unique redemption code that is redeemable online only. Recipients of digital coupons should record the redemption code for future reference. TherapyShopper.com is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons. Valid major credit card required for online purchases. A digital coupon can be applied to your order, up to the total purchase amount.

Check Acceptance Policy:
Personal Checks are accepted but are subject to a waiting period for bank clearance.
Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.

Online Price Guarantee:
TherapyShopper.com's lowest price guarantee ensures you that you are buying at the lowest advertising price advertised. TherapyShopper.com will meet the lowest prices advertised on the internet by authorized dealers for the same brand and model products. Original invoice and proof of lower advertised price must be provided to our staff to verify your claim. The terms and conditions of our 30 day lowest price guarantee are subject to change without notice. Advertised prices must be in American dollars. The lowest price guarantee does not apply to OEM products, special financing offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free - bonus or limited time or quantity offers, clearances, close outs or liquidations. Our lowest price guarantee does not apply to special educational price, restricted offers or advertising errors or misprints.

Sales Tax Policy:
We must collect applicable state and local taxes on purchases made online.

Shipping and Handling Fees:
When you receive your order will depend on the shipping method and the availability of the product. All orders must include complete street delivery address and zip code. Shipping and handling charges are electronically calculated based on zip code and estimated package weight. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted. Customers assume all risk when requesting no signature required or requesting delivery to unsecured special placement locations.
Massage Tables and Chairs are shipped factory direct. Factory stock items will ship within two working days of order placement. Non-stock factory items will ship within two weeks of order placement. Special custom orders may require additional time for delivery, additional charges and are subject the manufacturer's terms. Generally these orders are not returnable. The respective factory warranty and shipping insurance applies to all TherapyShopper.com purchases.
TherapyShopper.com provides no additional warranty, guaranty, or insurance on vendor on factory direct-shipped items.
Separate charges apply to oversized and over weight items and will be quoted on a per order basis.

Quantity orders, equipment, and special methods of delivery require a shipping fee quote from TherapyShopper.com, and-or the respective factory-vendor via
E-mail prior to the determination of the final invoice shipping fees.

Methods of Shipment:
Based on the customers needs, cost and delivery schedule TherapyShopper.com reserves the right to make the appropriate choice of carriers. Charges are based on the order's total weight and destination of the order.

Availability + Shipping Time = Total delivery Time.

Generally the least expensive way to ship is Ground Service. These orders take up to 7 business days, depending upon destination.

Expedited orders are a little more expensive and typically you will get your order in 2 to 3 days.

Rates:
TherapyShopper.com has arranged special rates with various carriers that are calculated by weight.

Back Orders:
TherapyShopper.com reserves the right to modify orders which include out-of-stock items, thereby shipping partial orders. Out-of-stock orders may be voided, thereby requiring customer reorder. No charge will be made to the customer's credit card for voided orders and only adjusted and applicable charges will be made for partially filled orders. Customer will be promptly advised of any adjustments, and of the estimated availability of out-of-stock items, and may reorder accordingly. TherapyShopper.com uses the N/A designation for an item that is currently out of stock at the factory source, or at Therayshopper.com, and is temporarily not available due to demand.

International Orders:
Please note that all product prices and shipping rates are quoted in American dollars and are available to our North American customers. International customers are asked to request quotations for product and shipping rates. All international orders are subject to applicable customs, taxes and duty fees.

Refund Policy:
Returns: TherapyShopper.com would like you to be satisfied with your purchase and will refund most items within 30 days of receipt of the order. Refunds are not available on special custom made to order items. Shipping and handling are non refundable. We can only refund shipping costs if they result from an error on our part. Returns require prior e-mail approval from TherapyShopper.com before return. For returns Email returns@TherapyShopper.com. A copy of your receipt, packing list, reason for return and return authorization confirmation must be included with returned item. Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Returned items must be returned in original purchased condition, with original packaging, warranty products and literature and provided accessories. Orders returned with items missing will be refused or the missing item will be deducted from credit. Items returned as ordered and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Refund credit will be issued to original credit card holder. Allow 14 to 21 days for processing. Customer returns refunds apply to TherapyShopper.com direct shipped items only. TherapyShopper.com does not provide additional warranty or insurance for factory direct shipped items. Warranty, guaranty and insurance claim for these orders must be made by the customer through the respective factory or shipping delivery service.
Note: In the case of a TherapyShopper.com shipping error, customer must return item(s) at the least expensive means. Upon receipt of returned item TherapyShopper.com will ship the correct item and credit customer for their least expensive return shipping cost. TherapyShopper.com reserves the right, without showing cause or giving prior notice, to summarily void any order or part thereof. Customer will be e-mailed notice of adjustment or cancellation.
Manufacture’s Warranty
Products sold by TherapyShopper.com are covered by the manufacture's warranty. Warranties vary with product and manufacturer and TherapyShopper.com does not offer extended warranties of these products. Customers must make claims for warranties and guarantees directly to the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties are detailed on each product page.
