TherapyShopper.com makes online shopping a pleasant experience. Special care was taken in designing our user friendly website. Finding products and information, pricing and placing your order takes just a few clicks of your mouse.

Finding a Product on TherapyShopper.com:

At the top of the TherapyShopper.com main page you'll find three product category dropdown menus. Just place your mouse pointer on the desired category tab: Therapy Tables, Therapy Chairs or Therapy Essentials and a drop down menu of products in that category will be shown. Move your mouse pointer to the product or manufacturer you wish to view in that category and click it once with your mouse. You'll be instantly transported to the product information, price and order page for that product.

Placing Your Order:

Each product page you access has information about the product as well as the product price. All prices on the TherapyShopper.com site are in American currency. When you have located the product that you wish to purchase just click the Order Now shopping cart button under the product description. You'll then be taken to the product order page where you can choose available options and accessories as well as the quantity of that product you wish to order.

After you have made these decisions click the Add To Cart button. Your purchases will be added to your shopping cart. This page will list the product quantity, description and price of the item chosen. As products are added to your shopping cart a running subtotal is shown on your shopping cart page as well as the top right hand corner of each website page for your convenience. To delete an item just change the quantity to zero and then click the modify cart button. To change the quantity just make the quantity change and click the modify cart button.

When your choices are finalized just click the Checkout button and you'll be helped through our five step easy to follow order processing instructions.

Product Delivery:

Method of product delivery and freight rates will vary according to products ordered. TherapyShopper.com has arranged special contracts with its carriers to offer you the most cost effective method of shipment. Total Delivery Time depends upon availability and shipping time. Massage tables and chairs may take up to 15 business days for delivery depending upon manufacturer's assembly time.

Returns:

Pre-authorization for credit returns must be given in advance of return and the return of items supplied as ordered are subject to a 10 per cent restocking charge. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders may not be returned.
