Your Account

TherapyShopper.com has made it easy for you to manage your account.

Just click on the - Account Login button found on the top right hand corner of every page. Enter your E-mail address/ password and click on the LOGIN button.

You can now edit any of your account information and save it by clicking the "Sign-UP" button.

E-Coupons

Periodically selected Therapyshopper.com customers will receive promotional E-Coupons offering special discounts on products. Each coupon has its own unique ID number.

Please note expiration dates, limitations and eligibility of coupon purchases.

E-coupon discounts cannot be combined with other on sale and featured package prices and they override Therapyshopper's Frequent Buyer Discounts.

E-Coupon discounts apply only to product described on coupon. No substitutions allowed.

Promotions are time sensitive and quantities may be limited. Products will be sold on a first come – first served basis and are subject to availability.

Your Order History

Another helpful tool on the therapyshopper.com site allows you to review your order history.

Just click on My Account located in the right corner of anyone of the therapyshopper.com web pages. You will be taken to the first page of our order entry – the login page.

There you enter your E-mail address and your password. Then click on the login button and you will be taken to a page where you will be able to view your order history.

Your Frequent Buyers Discount

Therapyshopper.com frequent buyers will be rewarded for their purchases. A Frequent Buyer's Discount will be issued to therapy shoppers when they reach volume levels of purchases.

Each buyer can review a history of their purchases and determine the frequent buyer's discount level that they've reached.

Frequent Buyer's Discounts can only be applied to regular priced therapyshopper.com products and cannot be combined with E-Coupon discount or our online package or promotional special priced products.

Forgot Your Password?

During your initial account setup you must choose a password that must be used to identify you each time you order. If you have an established account but you've forgotten your password it can be easily retrieved.

Just click on the Account Login button located in the right hand corner of anyone of therapyshopper.com web pages. You will be taken to the first page of our order process – the login page. At the bottom of your
E-mail and password note the phrase - If you can’t remember your password Click Here. Click this button and you’ll be taken to the RESET YOUR PASSWORD page.

Enter in your email address and zip code to recover your password. When you submit this request your password will be reset, and a new password will be sent to you via email.
