Placing Your Order
Gather all the products you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking Customize and selecting any desired options. To finalize your order with us, just follow our 3 Easy Steps :
1. LOGIN OR SIGN-UP
On the top right hand corner of each page next to Your Shopping Cart button you'll find the Account Login button. Clicking this button will take you to the login page. First time users just have to click on the SIGN UP NOW button on the login page. This will take you to the Account Profile page. Filling in all the information on this page will CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT PROFILE. Information includes your E-mail address, unique Password, Billing Address and Shipping Address. It is important to note that all information is needed to process your order and to pay by credit card your billing name and address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement or your order cannot be processed. Once your information is entered double check for any error and make record of your password for future ordering. When you're satisfied information is correct just click on the SIGN-UP button at the bottom of the login page. Returning customers just have to click on the Account Login button and once on the login page enter your Therapyshopper.com ID number ( your Email Address) and Password.
2. PAYMENT METHOD
The next step is to select your method of payment;
" Credit Card Online ",
" Credit Card by Phone ",
" Credit Card by Fax ", or
" Certified Check or Money Order ".
3. PROCESS ORDER
At this time check your order for accuracy including product choice, quantity ordered, options, prices and shipping information as mentioned above and your correct E-mail address.
Once you have verified your order information you may print your order for your records. To submit your order just click the submit button. It's as easy as that.
Payment Options
Currently TherapyShopper.com through our association with MONERIS SOLUTIONS offers you VISA and MasterCard credit card payment options.
Bank Drafts, Money Order and Certified Check are also accepted.
COD orders are not accepted.
Debit card transactions will be available as soon as this service is offered to online shoppers.
Phone orders are accepted under special circumstances. To offer you accurate, cost effective service, low prices and quick order transactions all orders will be processed through our online ordering process. This ensures the immediate transfer of accurate ordering information.
Pricing and Invoicing
All prices on TherapyShopper.com website are in American dollars. Customers will be billed in American dollars on their credit card.
TherapyShopper.com sales transactions are subject to prices and terms currently posted on TherapyShopper.com's website. Customers don't need to update or refresh their browsers cache with each visit because it is done for you automatically with each visit.
TherapyShopper.com uses the services of Authorize.net to provide you with quick processing and notification of receipt of your order by Email. You will receive approval and electronics receipt of your order within seconds. All details are included on your receipt, including products purchased, shipping information, credit card verification and time and date are noted.
Custom Orders
All custom orders - including special sizes, colors and options are subject to the manufacturer terms and will include additional charges. Contact our Customer Service department for a quotation on your special need orders. Custom orders are not returnable and may require an advance deposit.
