Our Lifetime Warranty guarantees the structure of our portable massage tables against defects in materials and craftsmanship to the original purchaser. We pass on the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials on our foam (5 years), our fabric (3 years) and the Aria's composite top (10 years).

We warranty our Stationary table (10 years), Electric Lift tables (10 years on the base, 3 years on the motor), Freedom Chair, Portable Salon and Tilt Back Portable (5 years), most accessories (2 years), Table Warmer (1 year), sewn goods (90 days), and Gel Packs (180 days).

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper setup, accidents, misuse and/or tears or cracks in the upholstery. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the table at Custom Craftworks' discretion.
