Any portable or stationary table, chair portion thereof, assembled in Maple Massage's factory is guaranteed for the
lifetime of the original owner against defects in wood materials and craftsmanship, all foams are
guaranteed for five years. Because of variable wear and care factors, vinyl is guaranteed to arrive in
perfect condition only at the time of delivery. This does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper
set up, neglect or repairs by anyone other than Maple Massage.
CAUTION
Maple Massage equipment is weight tested to ensure safety of practioner and customer. If equipment is
misused or set up incorrectly Maple Massage is not liable for any related mishaps or adjustable knobs
